I am sorry I have to criticize. I love this letter. But wasn't you trying too hard to say draconians were found with Kathryn? For none of any kind leaves much of a traceable body, and I don't think you meant they were alive. That little bit of a tail made me feel this letter was a forgery by the hand of a minstrel, or some inn owner. :)
And wouldn't it be romantic if Kathryn saw Raist as shattered and worn too instead of just powerful?
