I know you haven't worked on this story for ages but I just fell into it and am really impressed with what you've begun here. Hopefully my review will encourage you to pick it up again and write more. It would be a shame to not finish something that is so thoughtful and well-written.

I completely love everything you write in the HP universe, here and on Grangerenchanted.com. You put so much depth into your characters that when I read I feel like they are people I could easily relate to. I don't know if you ever plan on completing this or any of your other stories but I think you should. This story and its companion are amazing. They make me laugh and cry at the most unexpected times. I don't know if you plan on making this a SSHG romance or not but I think its amazing anyways. Waiting on you to update...

Having read the first installation of "Rapier" from Hermipne's POV, I knew that I would have to read the companion piece as well. Now I'm thoroughly caught up in this story. I enjoy your treatment of the characters, and I think that your pacing of the plot is wonderful. There's just enough action and just enough explanation and just enough of the unexpected to keep me clicking in great anticipation to the next chapter. The way you've written this so far, I feel as though there is very little that is superfluous to the story - it all means something and ties together so well. I would love to read more of this, if you still have the desire to continue working on it (and if life allows for it). Good luck with any further writing. :)
