This is a beautiful piece, with excellent imagery and remarkable diction. Malfoy's pride is captured, and also Bellatrix's madness, which is far from an easy thing to put onto paper. Gave me the shivers. The star and red motifs are also very interesting, as well as effective.

Very good, in a dark, creepy sorta way. Lucius and Bell arn't very faithful to their own spouses though, are they? Oh well, good anyway.

Chilling and captivating. I *adore* Lucius/Bella, and I've recently developed a rather warped fascination with our dear Black Rose. You've got a really good take on her dementia - beautiful but strangely broken. Fabulous work!

I love how you set up the attitude for the whole thing right at the beginning. Word choice is awsome, really intense, which I like, it suits the mood of the thing perfectly. This whole thing really flows. The mental imagery is mindblowing, and what I especially like is that everything somehow WORKS: its natural for the character's... you didn't have to twist anything very much to get the desired effect. Very, VERY nice. I'll shut up now :) Keep up the good work.

Aine, that was a brilliant fic. Repeating what everyone else stated, you portrayed Lucius and Bellatrix perfectly.
Being a huge B.B.L. fan, I think writers seem to unfortunately be getting more and more distant in their depictions of Bellatrix (probably because she's considered to be the most... versatile partner =P) and tend to neglect the twisted insanity that defines her. You, however, captured every hint about the enthrallingly mysterious woman that GoF/OOtP has to offer.
What I'm trying to say, =P, is that your fic was beautiful, I admire you very much and hope you do another chapter. Off now to attempt to find a better fic- with much cynicism =)

There are simply no words. I never thought I would ever come to love a pair like Lucius/Bellatrix as much as I do after reading this piece. It's beautiful-just gorgeous. Your words, they flow so seamlessly, blending in with each other. It creates an almost dream-like state for the readers. I never imagined that any fanfiction could make me feel so amazed, making me doubt all the history I've made up before about HP Canon. At the beginning, you say this is chapter one...does that mean you're going to continue? Or is it just my shipper heart deceiving me? Please say you'll add another part to this. It's just too great to be left alone.
