Yes *sigh* Linette has become very mary-sue. But hey! Who cares? Its a fairy-tale! If she gets too annoying or the story gets really boring, I would suggest adding a back-up character, just to liven things up... For some comic relief. I mean, the definition of main characters is boring, that's what back-up chars are for!
Im babbling.
Besides that, I absolutely love this story. I like the way you describe things; not too short, yet not too elaborate. Very nice! Keep writing!
