for A Streetcar Named Desire-Stella

I know you haven't written anything since 2001, but anyway, just wanted to say that this was an ideal ending - although probably Stella would have never had the spine to do it IRL!

It sucks and doesn't even make sense,

Stella is conveyed by the text to be overcome by "Desire" for Stanley and because of this desire and the influence of others, she willing let go of Blanche and went back to Stanley in the end of the play

That was a beautiful story. By the way, in the version I saw the baby was a girl. So you were right on target. :-D

That was brilliantly done. That was exactly what I wanted Stella to do when the play ended.

Okay. Good attempt but it's not one of the best, and you could have done better if you knew a few key traits about the charaters. Espechialy Stella. For one Stella's the type of person who's easily manipulated and doesnt have a mind of her own. Do you actaully think it was Stella's own doing of placing her own sister in a mental hospital? It's a possibility, not a high one, but Stella may or may not have left Stanley after Blanch was talken to the Hospital.

However, Stella stated in the story that she couldn't belive in Blanche statement that Stanley raped her so she choosed to not belive in her own sister and stay with Stanley. Stella also did this again during the middle of the play when she went back to Stanley after he hit her and when Blanche begged Stella the next day to leave her husband. And Stella choose to stay with him still. And now since she has a child it would probably even be more harder to leave Stanley now then before.

Okay, let's say Stella decide to leave Stanley. Well, first off Eunice would probably stop her before she even step foot off the premises. Second, Stanley is strong and he would probably drag her back into the house and abuise her. Lastly, where would Stella go? She cant go home becuase Blanced loss Belle Reve ( a plantation that was in Stella's and Blanche's family) so basicly she's stuck.

Oh and just to let you know Stanley's name is spelled Kowalski. And in the play the baby was a boy, but I prefer the baby to be a girl. It's symbolic and I like the change.

I'm glad to see Stella standing up to that odious bullying brute at last! I like her rejoinder to his claim that "it wasn't that big of a deal" (yeah, right -'not that big of a deal' to rape your wife's mentally unstable sister so she has to be committed to an institution...). Stanley Kowalski is getting no more than he deserves! I'm sure Stella and the baby will thrive away from him!

This was nice, albeit short. Finally someone is writing about a classic of some sort. I liked your descriptions.
