Oh my God, the perfect explanation why Zoro's always in those really tight shirts! It all makes sense now.
And I also wonder why Sanji cooks in suits. I mean, presentation is important in a restaurant, but aren't those only the waiters?

Ha, it really is true that the only time Zoro really panics is when someone dear to him is in danger. He never really cares about what happens to himself-or rather, if it's something he couldn't prevent himself from failing victim to, then it's probably damned worth it-but his moments of sheer anxiety and subsequent relief are just so sweet. You've managed to capture that so well here, and Luffy's whole reason for waking up ("Lemme beat up whatever scares you, Zoro!") just adds to the fluffy, warming feeling.

Number eleven is what made me wibble and gibber to myself for ten minutes straight while staring at these words. The feelings that are expressed by this simple conversation is overwhelming, and yet they are delivered so well that I could see it happening in canon. It's always so subtle, only caught by the tiniest actions and words, yet undeniably there. Nakamaship, I suppose.

I'm afraid my words won't be very constructive, since when I love something, I usually can't bring myself to analyze it to bits, not wanting to spoil it... So I can't say what exactly made this so heartworming and cute and funny and lovable and wonderful. But anyway that's what this is so there.

omg you're a god :D And usopp's a genius. What an inventive way to keep up the ship's morale. And I'm pretty sure it works, at least my work morale would be boosted if I had zoro hanging around, if not naked, then at least in tight clothes :D Thank you deeply for the very very lovely images this filled my head with

I absolutely love the way Luffy is stunningly oblivious in this. Your language is so rich: "...stretched so thin it sounded like it might snap, like one of Ussop's rubber bands." Let me worship the ground you walk on, please!

GLURK! I luff your fics on the locketpair LJ comm, and it's a pleasure to see your understated style applied to Ginji and Ban. I'm having immense difficulty choosing my favorite of the 3 Get Backers drabbles; I love the glimpse of Ginji as Raitei, and the subtle competition for his favor, even on the outside (Kazuki being jealous = SOLID gold). For "Privacy," of *course* Ginji would approve of Kazuki & Jubei, and not understand the notion of hiding one's affection. And "Wrapped" was just adorable. =)

i dont know... i think zoro's the one, not sanji. i've certainly seen him rescuing luffy more times than sanji.
