I was enjoying this story until I saw at the top of this story that you plan on having Harry jump forward in time later.
When Harry goes back in time, by whatever means he uses here, he does not go back into his own past, instead he creates a parallel universes, diverging from his past, starting at the point he arrives back in time (1971). Unlike with a time turner.
Because of this, Harry is able to make changes to the timeline as he remembers it, because none of the things he remembers from his own times history actually happened in this universe.
Therefore, I cannot see why you would make Harry jump forward in time after his seven-year stint as professor. He would arrive in the future & have to start building a new life for himself again under yet another identify (since Harry Potter already exists in this time, and it would raise too many questions from those who knew him as Harry Andrews about why, after nearly two decades, he doesn’t look any older than he did in 1979). Since the trip back in time sent his whole body, as well as his mind and magic, it stands to reason that the trip forward in time would also send his whole body.
I guess what I’m saying is, that I like the story so far, and I like where the story seems to be heading, right up until the 1979 jump to the future, where the plot seems to be heading off a cliff of reasonability, as he can never again be Harry Potter.
Yes, I understand that there is the possibility of A Harry Potter being born. However, that Harry will not be the one who this story is about, he will not be the Harry that went back in time at the beginning of this story, and even if he does go back in time, it will cause yet another alternate universe to emerge, just like each trip before.
Unfortunately, all this means that I will no longer be reading this story, as I think it would be better to stop now, rather than wait until later when I can no longer find the story believable.

This story hasn't aged very well.
Besides the numouros spelling errors, some which are downright stupid, your story also suffers from clichés and silly ideas. Although worth mentioning that those plot points weren't clichés when you first started writing the story, they certainly aren't doing the story any favors now.
Then there's Bellatrix. She's thirteen. Harry's eighteen, disguised no less as a 25 year old. That gives a really strong pedo-feel. Even discounting that, next to nothing is known of Bellatrix besides that she seems "nice". Harry is more or less lusting physically for an underage (extremely underage) girl and certainly not because of her brains.
All in all, this story offers nearly nothing of worth. Spelling errors, bad characters and clichés distract so much, that I had to give up when I reached the story's mid-twenties chapters; I only kept on reading, because I remember liking this story a lot back when I first read it.
This story needs either a massive rewrite or beta on a crusade.
If I were to rate it: 2/5, maybe less.

Wtfff. About your author note, I don't remember there being any real implication that Harry went back more than once... When the hell was that?
Also, for christ's sake, it's "taught", not "thought". Taught and teach. Thought and think. Get them right please. Also, "too" is for "I have too much free time".

I never thought Harry would be the drinking type, especially when so much was at stake and really getting drunk and going to the Headmasters office.

I must admit the three trips to the past are very confusing; did Harry is really meant to be with Bellatrix without damaging too much the future? He gained Nicholas's trust and for once Albus does not know everything; the poor he must be frustrated!
