Nice ideas, but very badly written. Grammer is all over the place, punctuation is at times atrocious.
There is a principle in story telling called 'show, don't tell'; this story is the perfect example why 'telling' is a bad idea: there are so many intelligent ideas here, but the presentation is so bloody drawnout and boring that it reads like a text book.
