I never, ever, thought I'd enjoy a Miroku/Kagome pairing, much less find one that would make me cry. This was absolutely beautiful.

Very beautiful stuff. I don't really care if this is counted as a songfic, because I LOVE songfics. (I had one deleted from the site and am still bitter.) Nicely done.

After reading the astounding "Air", I visited your profile and found this ficcie. I'll be honest; I didn't want to read it. Being the Miroku/Sango supporter that I am, and, before this fic, never being able to read a MirKag without x-ing off the window halfway through, it took a really hard kick in the @$$ on my part for me to say "To heck!" and read it. And, as with "Air" I was not disappointed. (I think from now on with alternative pairing fics, I should completely ignore that little voice in my head that screams "Canon, damn you! Canon!")
Your use of symbolism in all of your fics (I have read others; I chose to review only this one, though, because, strangely enough, it was my favorite) is excellent. How ironic that Miroku, the butt-groping, womanizing monk, manages to restrain himself for so long from touching Kagome... and then giving in. The image of the touch-me-not was great; yes, Miroku and Kagome "touched", and yet, they're still finding a way to survive through the pain they're both going through. At least that's my interpretation. My brain works in weird ways. Kagome seemed a little despondent in this story, contadictory to her typical "genki" self, but it can be excused. All in all, wonderful. Beautiful work. ((bows))

Wow. This story was so unique and brilliant... I have never read anything like this before. It's like, you are literally a genius.
PLEASE keep writing more like this, if you can.
-Amu-
p.s. The pairing was great... I have only read one other Miroku and Kagome one. And the way you wrote this made you just understand what was going on.

A Miroku/Kagome eh? Interesting...
I don't think that this story is a violation of FFNet policy, but hey, that's just the humble opinion of one reviewer.
This story is so...amazing and original. Quite 'brilliant' is what it is. I have never seen such a unique way of writing a songfic. Writers mostly write a lyric, write a paragraph, write a lyric, write a paragraph. Great Job! -_^
I can't wait for the next chapter of Butterfly." It's surely going to be as good as the newest chapter of "Mobius."-and this one-shot)
