-First, he was put back at the Dursleys where he is to stay in his room all summer due to Moodys threat, which Vernon hadnt taken quietly, but still had ignored him all summer which was fine with him. -
if you assume we know all these characters, then you can also assume we know about the harry and his circumstances. no need for us to read things you apparetly assume we know :)
