I know that i am WAY late on reading this, let alone even reviewing, but it happened all the same.
This story, it's was and is so awesome you really don't even know. It was honestly one of the best 'V living and Evey' story that I've come across. It's incredibly realistic and a perfect balance of both good and bad. Everything was just so perfectly planned out, it made an unbelievable amount of true sense and paid attention to the miniscule aspects of such a prospect, which is probably why this is so freaking good.
You are an awesome writer. This is beautifully written. You just rock. Period.

I completely agree with you on the 'falling apart' explanation. I've noticed that the most contained people either have never experienced nothing, or have experienced so much they can't express it. I thought the key was the perfect touch- he knew he needed a moment, but was in control enough to let another guard him.
I promise I'll give a better review when I finish reading. :D

I can't thank you enough for writing this story! I watched the movie just a few days ago for the first time and I'm hopelessly addicted now. The movie is so short, too short actually, so I had to turn to fanfiction for more. Not necessarily for "V lives" stories but for stories that do the characters justice and don't push them into each other's arms on page 2...
Imagine how happy I was when I found your story and began reading it. I think I needed like two days to devour the product of your two years' work *blush*
Wow, what a ride it was! I love it how you made nothing easy for them. Your writing is truly amazing, I felt everything you had put them thru! Having met myself one or two persons who couldn't stand being loved, I was SO rooting for Evey, and I am glad everything worked out for them :)

This was such a wonderful story! I loved it, and I'm really glad that you actually highlighted Evey's work with the revolution. Not a lot of people do, and it's super important, I think! But anyway, I loved it, a lot!

I am not a huge fan of love stories, especially those including sex, because many people cannot whrite it good. You are not one of those people. I fave few stores i like. fnly 12 for now. And this one goes amongs them. You did a good job. There was one time i was afraid, that you'll make something with Evey and the policeman, but fortunately -no. I don't like this kind of intrigues with such a strong couples.
You did well. I also thank Belmont-Bellamy for not letting you stop :)

Okay I have been reading obsesivly for the passed two days, but omg this one's ending was toooo funny I literally Laughed out loud at the shit.shit. shit. and the apron. . The rest of your story is phenomenal! one of the best I have read! I can not wait to finish this.

I've not read many Evey/V stories to really know what I am talking about but I do know a good story when I see one. Problem with this is that it wasn't good...IT WAS EPIC. I'm just blown back by the way you portrayed Evey and V. The raw angst was just killing me on the inside ha. What I really thought was most important though was the realness of your characters, I mean it would only make sense that Evey would push V to take off the mask at some point. Also your sticking to a realistic story line was most refreshing. Kudos to your awesomeness!

Just wanted to say this story was excellent! I'm quite a bit sad there's no more to read, but also very happy it's concluded.
Reading a good story like this always makes me feel so strange inside. By the end it's the fearful excitement and out of body feeling of the downward slope of a roller coaster. Mixed in with the pain of muscles stiff from inertia and the queasiness of an empty stomach. Nearly 5 hours straight reading from beginning to end will do that I guess. :-P
