all i have to say is this...why is Spiderman fighting Superman when the fact states that they are both good guys?i mean it isnt right...they're dedicated to fighting evil and preserve justice and all that...i dont believe this and why would Spiderman side with Lex anyway?

... I wouldn't put this under the movie category if you do write it. It should go under the misc/crossovers or in the comic section.
Considering that they're both good guys doing good things it's unbelievable that they would become enemies. You've got a lot of ideas but it seems too busy for one story.
