I absolutely loved this story.
It had a romantic plot, but that wasn't the only thing going on.
You could actually tell that Shera loved Cid, but that didn't stop her from living her life.
It wasn't too mushy, but yet at the same time it was so sweet
This is the best story I've read on this website.

wow, you are a great writer. this is the best freakin' cidxshera fic i've read yet. eh, some of the other ones just don't seem very... i dunno. just not very good, i guess. *shrugs* but yours is awesome! i loved the last chapter! you rock! XD

Thank you. Thank you thank you thankyou. As I said before, this is exactly what I've been looking for in an FF7 story for some time. It seems these days that FFnet is flooded with worthless five hundred word one-shots and bad grammar and worse spelling and "crackfics" and other ** like that. But this... This is what I signed up for. Wonderful insight into Shera's character, believable dialogue, a hell of a narrative. I don't think there is enough vocabulary in my head for what I'm trying to convey. This was outstanding. Thank you.

Jesus. You know, just when I thought the last chapter had a wonderful description of the wake of the failed launch, I read this one. I felt every word of this one, and almost got a little misty-eyed during the first 25% of the chapter. I'm going to add this to my favorites, if you don't mind.

A very human look at the aftermath of the launch cancellation. Awesome. You've got a refreshing grasp of vocabulary I haven't seen in a while, and touched on the raw emotions of the crew in a way I hadn't considered, since the game didn't go into it.

YAY It's a multichaptered Cid/Shera fic! Holy crap I've been waiting for one of these! I love how it was from her point of view and I just loved the first kiss! Very well-done, gave me so many warm fuzzies.
PS. The mention of the Amano original truly cracked me up. :)

This is very well written.
everyone is in character. I like how you protrayed Shera.
I am kinda like her at times. I usually stay in the back. I don't like it when my parents try to change who I am, yet I let it happen anyway.

i would have liked to have read a bit more detail about things that happened before Cid came back for the rocket launch, but it was still good none the less!
the letter was brilliant, i never thought of Cid thinking she was Lady Luck, and this linkage would go great with what he says in the crater at the end of the game!
cant wait till he comes home to her!
