I truly loved all the banter between the various individuals throughout the story. The strategy between the ranking officials of the two forces was like playing chess. Who was going to give up what, to get what information needed to benefit their own cause?
That was some funny stuff about Thor beaming away the food supplies, including the refrigeration equipment as well, from all those places and how those having experienced it before took it all in stride. I seriously doubt though, that each facility thought it was funny.
Your description of Daniel as Adama saw him, was rather well-rounded.
I truly hope that you plan to continue this story. It was really Good, with a capital "G".

OK, now to make it offical, You are now to be known as "Da BOMB". Since I have a problem picking a favorite author and you've made it even harder. It's now a 4 way tie, even though the concept of the Colonials being directly decended of Ancients, came so very close to braeking that tie. I Have to go back an read all the other stories you've written, maybe i can break the tie. I love BSG and SG1 crossovers and this is shaping up to be GREAT. The only draw back is that it could take you away from "You Don't Know Jack!" but if you were to give up you day job and write full time...

Lovely story and I liked that this time there is not an all powerfull female even if I liked them mostly but it gets soon old after the are to smiliar in four very long and complex stories. Only shame that is the new BSG series and not the old one because I don't like the new one very much but your story is great like Daniel and Jack on Atlantis.

Really good story, I can't wait to know if the colonials are ancients, or just humas with a more close relation with the ancients, it will be interesting.
It will be intereting to know what will the colonial fleet think of their new home and make it function will be amazing. By the way maybe the Asgarc could give some ZPM or something close enough to give energy to the city.
Also with the cylons ejected I just hope that boomer was not one of them.
