I positively adore this. You captured Pam very well and I cannot say enough how much I love this part:
"He’s there, hanging a souvenir poster from Sydney (or maybe, she thinks, Canada), coming in from the garden bearing dirty knees and a handful of flowers, sitting next to her in front of a fire with one hand in her hair and reading over her shoulder."

Ugh, I love this fic too. Jim and Pam are so right for each other and I think this story captures that perfectly. Once again, I love your writing style and I'm definitely going to have to go back and read your other fics.

I've often thought about Anne and Gilbert as a nice parallel to Jim and Pam; especially the part when Anne pictures Gilbert hanging pictures in her House o'Dreams. Anyway, thought it was cool that someone else had made the same connection.
