Well written and well thought out. Good back story on Sheppard and the black wrist band and its associated meaning. Different to read a story where Sheppard shows a dimension of leadership outside of his team and not focused on a confrontation/battle but rather its aftermath. His ability to understand and "be there" for Capt. Hernandez is a nice character beat and one not often explored. Nicely done. Thank you.
