Hmmm...alright. so lets see if I got this straight. her mutation returned, accidentally killed bobby and ran away. met gambit and came back since he was shot...Okay. This is awesome! Can't wait to read more, hope you continue writing! Don't know what else to say, i'm somewhat speechless...and wishing for more.

You left one heck of a chapter. The emotions were raw, idle and full of confusion. Remy was off in another place altogether, making his part there and gone. You could tell death didn't scare him, and perhaps that was the point?
Rogue's made you full of sympathy. Couldn't save people because of her skin, couldn't do much more than drag Remy with her. His apparent almost death made her return to a home she never thought she'd go to - and the pain of it all was boiling under the surface.
The whole chapter was delish, if a bit short and more fuller. I cannot wait to see more of this and from you!

I am never left unsatisfied when I read one of your stories only the craving to read more. The way it's written leavesmy imagination rolling a film where I too experience what our characters are going through. From the scents of sours, grit and bodily of their surroundings. To the tastes of uneasiness and staleness that has them wanting a cleanser for their tongues along with the feeling of bitterness and emptiness they carry about with themselves.
I truely enjoy every word in this fic and can't wait to see what else you have instored for our couple.

Oh my goodness, there is so very much promise in these words...I don't even know where to start! It's been a little while since I've read anything, but what a way to jump back in. This was so much characterization and plot development in such a short piece that it's staggering. I'm really excited to see where things will develop, both with their relationship, and with the goings-on of the school. Emma Frost will be a very cool (no pun intended, seriously) addition-are you using the movieverse one? From the Wolverine flicks? She'd fit in this timeline pretty well, I guess. She'd at least be a good bit older. So many questions to answer, and I'm looking forward to all of it. Plus, the writing was as usual, stunning and beautiful and lyric and quotable, so there's that.

So this chapter almost made me cry. I had to savor it, each paragraph sitting in my mouth for a bit 'cause there was so much in it. I love your writing 'cause it seems to swallow me up and I swallow it up and we slide under character's skins, yet we get to see the parts of them they don't see. Her hurt just bleeds out in this chapter. That hysterical response is so real. She's just killed and nearly had someone killed over her. How could she possibly just DEAL with that? And of course, there are those tiny details just begging explanation: Ororo's absence, Ms. Frost's presence, Logan's desertion. Favorite line: The second, being: Who cut the lock off the gates to Sesame Street?

This chapter was amazing! After running away from the mansion, she's forced to go back in order to aid Remy, who Rogue didn't even know if he was dead or not. Life can be oh, so ironic!
What's going to happen next? Remy's already fallen in love at first sight with Rogue (aka Angel of Death), will he continue to like her when he realizes he can't touch her? And will Rogue fall for Remy, or will he annoy Rogue to death (like in other fics)?
