Hey, you should change this to 'K'... because I don't think six- year-olds would read this. It was good, sure, but the rating 'K' is the one where it means that it was meant for those younger children, only.
Nice work, but it was a bit confusing... but still good.
One nitpick:
"Betrayals had begun o appear left and right." - 'to'?
