Hm...I'm not exactly sure what to tell you here. It's a songfic isn't it? Well the whole idea was great, but the ending was just a little bit cheesy. Did you take the words from the song? It just seemed slightly OOC for them, especially for Jess. Not that I didn't love it, because I really truly did! I mean it was like a character study of Jess which is so cool! Because you capture his personality so incredibly well! And I do like this ending much better than the one the show provided! Great job on the whole!

I know this is a oneshot, but seeing how they work things out could be great. I don't think it's been done before...the whole ''Rory and Jess run away together'', maybe, but after the drama in ''The Real Paul Anka'', I don't think so. This was really, really great, and I think it would be worth it if you either added chapters or wrote a sequel. I'm sure it would be interesting.

Okay, now I knew you'd be able to take this somewhere. I'd mulled it over, and thought about it, but nothing, nothing said it better than this fic. You did it, you officially made me love you more than I thought possible.
As for the fic itself? Wow. I like, no, love, the turn you made their lives take. Seriously. It was the perfect comparison. Logan wasn't there for Rory, and look who was! And Jess finally realized that he needed to say something before it was too late... and I'm glad he did! Now this has to be one of my favorite Lits. And you totally wrote the best prompt I could ever imagine for this song.

You are just writing all the scenarios I've ever wanted written, aren't you? Did that make sense? I hope so, but who knows, I'm tired. Anyway, this was really really great, Reggie (not exactly much of a shocker). Singing metaphor=awesome. Metaphors as a whole are awesome. This story was awesome. You are awesome. Wow, I sound insane, I should go to bed. Anyway, nice job!
