This was extremely sweet, alittle sad that Haruka had died but still sweet, I really love it when people have same sex couples get married, I don't know it is just so awesome to read about them getting engaged, wonderful story.

Even if it was a million first time... it's worth reading the way YOU picture those two ;)
Lovely, sweet, romantic... a bit unusual to see Usagi like this but then again, she fits into story perfectly :)
The only thing I'm sad for, is that Haruka had to be dead *sigh* I love her too much.
But anyway, you're the author, and the story is great as it is :)

It has been done before, but it was still done well. You included the important scenes to tie everything together and keep the emotional bond. It could've been a little longer with some more elaboration, but it was still a fun story.

Hey, there may be tons of stories out there that start out angsty and wind up in an engagement or wedding - but that's because everyone loves them!
All in all, cute story. I'm not usually a fan of the Usagi/Michiru pairing, but this was still a nice story, regardless. Keep writing!
