Welcome back! Although Rupert is, presumably, the wronged party in this scenario, I'm still going for Clarisse and Josef to get together when they can...
I think the line: 'too busy worrying about the impossible situation she had gotten herself into- here she was, having tea with her granddaughter and her husband, while her lover was standing a few feet away trying not to betray his calm exterior'- was fantastic, and summed up the sitation perfectly.
Great chapter- can't wait to read more!

WOW I love this story. It's one of my faves! I just read all 15 chapters and I can't wait for more. I secretly love the sneekyness you've created with Joseph and Clarisse and I could just imagine how seeing Rupert with Clarisse in the limo with his arm around her would have made Joe extremely jealous. Oh man I love it. Keep it up!

This was an interesting chapter- particularly as Rupert was rather more affectionate to Clarisse, and she felt guilty.. but she shouldn't, because he's cheated on her more times and she's in love with Joe...
The conversation between her and Joe should be interesting... I wonder what would happen if Rupert found out...

Alright, Rupert is here and things are going to get good! It seems that Rupert's reaction to her certainly threw her off but I'm sure Joe will make it OK as long as she doesn't break it off.
