I love your stories and agree that it is amazing that there are no more reviews for this. It pains me to think that they could be estranged fr 15 years, but can understand why Chakotay was afraid to find out Kathryn's real feelings. Beautifully written story.

How can this story not have more reviews! I mean, holy cow! This was oh so good! The familiarity even after 15 years apart. I LOVED the line of him wanting his things to mingle with hers and for her dog to like him. Simply brilliant!

How heartbreaking that it took them 15 years and they still didn't quite get there

Interesting idea and direction. Made me think. But I could just hear Chakotay in my mind say the the speech Because I've had fifteen years to think about it Kathryn..." Great.

Yet another great story from you. It started off quite angsty (as it is categorised - smiles - ), but it ended it off really well. "Reconciliation" is much like your other story "Shadow", it doesn't quite get to getting J/C together, except that in this one there is just slightly more to suggest a step in the right direction. It was a very sweet ending... quite a satisfying ending.

That was a really sad beginning, but a wonderfully happy ending, even if it did take fifteen years for them to come to their senses.
