Yay! i'm so glad that an author finally focused on emmett and rosalie relationship, they're my favorite! I love these sceans between them and i wished they were represented more in the books. They're someting special about this couple. :)

Awe, that was sweet. I really liked that it was in Emmett's point of view. You wrote him well, and I especially liked the southern drawl he had in the earlier chapters. Gives a little something extra to the insight you provided in his earliest years.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful writing. It was so calm and yet so easily tugged on the heart, finishing off with a neat little bow that was the ghost of a happy ending. Lovely job. Well done.

I read this on Angeliss's recommendation and it is fantastic! I especially liked Emmett's growth in language. I found that very hard to do in my own story... well done!

This is fabulous. I am... wow. This is beautiful. I am seriously speechless. I loved Emmett's growth in language use; as a story tool it worked very well. But most of all, I loved your characterization and your writing style. This is exactly what I wanted when I look for RxE fics, the sweetness, the seriousness, the thoughtprovoking scenarios... Lovely.
I think, if this review were to be any longer, I would need to get a thesaurus out, because I am feeling extremely insignificant. Your work has reduced me to a babbling idiot, so I will shut up now.

hey sorry it took me so long to review the last chapte. I thought that it ended great, although i am very sad that this story is over, it pleases me to know that Rosalie let Emmett be the hero for once, and it was very enjoyable! Never stop writing, ever!

Quick thing... I think you may have used the wrong word here... uh... right...
"Eager to see my Rose, I started to run through the park. It was late and it was rainy. No sane person would be out in the park on a night like this—I could travel through the wooded area at any pace I pleased, confident I wouldn’t be soon."
I think soon is supposed to be seen. But maybe that's just me. But amazing as always!

Very nicely done. There are very few people who allow for growth where Emmett is concerned. I think you did a great job with the subtle changes in his speech. I believe this to be the case, the same way that Carlisle doesn't always speak with a British accent, Emmett doesn't always speak with a southern accent.
In chapter 4 I think you took the angst a bit too extreme for Emmett. It was more Edward like than Emmett. Don't get me wrong, I agree he would have felt guilty for killing someone, but the overall feel of that chapter just didn't really feel like Emmett to me. Still good though.
Wonderful job overall. It's going on my favorites and my C2.

This is so fascinating. I've never read a story from Emmett's pov. You really seem to have a great understanding of his voice and character. Very nicely done.
