yay, I'm really into Jolinar-escaping stories.
And I rather like how you wrote it from her POV. The part about mistakenly thinking Sam wanted to be a host is good, since it means she didn't break the Tok'ra rule about taking hosts. And it makes sense that the Tok'ra wouldn't know CPR - they don't really need it!

Jolinar is one of my favourite characters, and I have always wondered what would have happened if she had gotten away. Have you considered continuing this story or maybe making a sequel? It would be nice to hear about Sam and Jolinar getting to know each other and eventually getting along.
