This fic sings.
It seems to be written on a different level than "I Want to Play." Its equally good, which actually surprises me, as sequels tend to never do the original justice. I was a bit concerned at the beginning of it being less than the original, but you certainly proved me wrong.
I LOVED the ending. It's a testimony to your greatness that I didn't expect that AT ALL. I'm pretty good at anticipating the way a story is going to go, but that was awesome.
I would like to make one suggestion. The ending seems too long. Personally, I think you could finish the fic with "I understand you have a daughter?" But then, maybe that would leave his decision ambiguous.
At any rate, I LOVED IT!
