This is certainly one of the best written stories i've seen in a while. I'll be watching the story for sure, as well as wondering if there will be a Boomkin in the future.

Very very nice, an excellent way to begin a story. Sonic, Tails, and Amy setting off an adventure and old Egghead thinking up some new scheme...can't beat the classics right?
And yes, I did begin humming that tune when Eggman's scene came.

I do see the WoW references in this, lol. Tauren Druid, the res sickness, lol. (I'm a level 51 Gnome Rogue on Anvilmar, professions: Mining and Jewelcrafting, lol.)
Enoguh of that though, I must say, that was an intresting plot twist, and I still want to see what happens.
