WOW! WTF! This is crazy. I've never actually seen one of these rarities...POKEMON AND NARUTO CROSSOVER! *screams in joy.
I see you've spent a lot of time deciding which pokemon goes to who...(wow, almost every Naruto character! How are you supposed to keep track of everything?)
BFS, GFS, all ready. WOW. Like how you gave Orochimaru dark pokemon. Aha, Arbok and Seviper are PERFECT.
Hey...isn't Sakumo dead? Yay, you made him alive!
YES! Kakashi has a Charizard. (he's my fav char!) ROAR! Thunder pokemon totally fits him!
WOW, even Ebisu, quite amazed...
Shikamaru has stantler. LOL. (hope its a smart one!)
Eevee totally fits Sakura (she'll go Kawaii!) and vulpix fits Naruto.
You should continue this story, looks like you published it some time ago...

Ok so its not bad so far i like some of the pokemon that you've given the ninja but like KiraUzumaki said giving characters legenadry pokemon does make it seem unoriginal. One other point is that instead of giving Neji a tentacool you should give him Natu which is a pshycic pokemon and suits him better, as for Hinata you could also, or instead, give her a Tediursa and a Ralts as I think that the pokemon suits her as it seems harmless and skittish but if provoked could be a force to be reckoned with. Also you should look over the selected pokemon for the instructors and try to wittle it down such as giving Kakashi a dewgong, torterra, or Umbreon doesn't really suit him I think that way he'd still have eight pokemon. One last thing is that I would recommend giving Naruto a turtwig, TenTen (eventually) a Gallade, Tsunade, instead of a purugly give her a Leafeon.

The story sounds pretty interesting, but giving Kakashi to many Pokemon takes away from the realastic feature as due giving the characters legendary Pokemon.
