I feel sorry for any manager who puts a guy anywhere near the maternity section; it's just not going to be pretty, snicker.
I also loved Severus and Dickon talking to each other (wish *I* had a friend who owned a publishing company, she sighs). Yes, the tales of Stargirl ought to do very well (and sow a good crop of future Astronomy students!).

I am absolutely loving your story. It's well written, engaging and the characters are portrayed extremely realistically (apart from the fact that some of them are magical lol) you've got the perfect balance in terms of dialogue, description and action. There is just one thing to mention. Lily and the gang have just finished their fifth year at hogwarts. This is year 11 in the UK and by the summer everyone should have turned 16 (unless your birthday is at the end of summer, in which case you will be turning 16 just before entering your sixth year.) children enter fifth year already 15 years old and have their 16th birthday during that year. Lily's birthday (as written in DH by Rowling) is in January...by July/Aug of 1976 she will be 16 an not 15. Sorry, it's a very minor detail but one that bugs me no end. I know this is a completed story so it's not like it has hindered the plot in any shape or form but if you ever come round to taking a looks at this chapter, please change her age to the correct age of 16.

The other assailant might have been Bellatrix; if the boys expected another man, they would have noticed the voice, but possibly not the gender.
I would have screamed for Azkaban, if given the choice, rather than facing Eileen the War Mage, even before reading the description of the duel. Just sayin'.
Very good dueling scene, I might add. I bet she knows old Constant Vigiliance, or maybe trained with him.

-And she would enjoy it, too. Also, I think everyone is too quick to assume to it's only Slytherins performing the attacks. I suspect that a Priori Incantatem charm is going to reveal *lots* of interesting things, and not only from the Usual Suspects.

Oh my gosh, this is soooo so good. My only complaint is that it is incredibly addictive! I find myself reading on my laptop at home, in class, and I can't even stop long enough to walk to my classes, I pull it up on my phone and continue reading where I left off. You are doing a fantastic job.
