Finally, a fan fiction that's actually enjoyable for once, in what seemed like an eternity. I'm excited about this, so keep writing.

So Ron's come to this from another direction and means? Living the life as a merc, yet still has his essential Ron-ness.. Rufus is in the house? Go Rufus!

Kim's finding that politics and human life are at odds when it doesn't impact a government, or doesn't embarrass them. Sad but true.

Interesting meeting ahead between Kim and Ron?

Very interesting plot, getting KP in a more "real world" situation. Do you plan to work on this story some more, because if so, I think you have the foundation for a very interesting longer work that includes some built in dramatic twists for the usual KP universe.

For example, there's some moral ambiguity here-a good thing in a story, in my opinion, such as sending Kim in dangerous situation in which she won't use guns, and sending Kim in a situation in which the line between the good guys and bad guys isn't so clear.

If you wanted to build up the scene, I can imagine the first 2 or 3 paragraphs turning into a longer prologue, something ala the intros to Ian Fleming's James Bond novels.

Just another thought, introducing another character besides Garrett the Scott, someone whose perspective would be that he and Kim Possible are the odd outsiders (I'm thinking of novels like Kingsolver' The Poisonwood Bible and Achebe's classic Things Fall Apart).

Cleanly written and clear. Much potential here. Enjoyed reading what you have so far...

Pretty dangerous sitch Kim has taken on there. This mission has her all alone with very few she can trust.

Interesting premise here, and can't wait for where you go with this.

This looks promising, as compared to the usual "pretty white kids with problems" fics that seem to dapple this site. I look forward to more. :)

Real life mercenaries at least most of them are professional people doing a professional job for just cause a mercenary company could have stopped a dictator from seizing control of a country but because of whiny people who have no real understanding of such things put enough political pressure on the U.N. to order them to withdrawl the governments militaries weren't equipped if there wasn't an actual state of war they could only act in accordance with relief operations and that was insufficient if you have no real understanding of politics, economics, technological logistics, and how they're all interconnected in the long term if you want everything right here right now but don't want to work for it or realize these problems take time even generations of hard work all day every day not thinking about your children's children and don't realize they will have to the same shut up

Now that rant out the way cool

will ron have an important role in this story?(hope so)

anyway I hope you had a good honeymoon and that now you'll have more time to continue your stories.

It sounds as if you've really got something good going here. Can't wait to read more.

I was wondering about Wade's choice of a film camera instead of a more compact digital, and as a film devotee, I was pleased at his explanation of the impossibility of altering a negative.

The only thing that I was confused about was why he would use a hard-to-get full-auto Glock 18 as a single-shot dart gun.
