This is really good. You have managed to get me for a true event: I spent an hour and a half reading this story. I think the last time that happened was when I finished reading Snakehead, an Alex Rider Book. Anyway, I just wanted to take the time to tell you this book is excellent. I LOVED Alan and Scott in this book. I have four younger siblings and am the oldest of five, like Scott - and I know how I'd feel if any of them got hurt. It would be really interesting to do a follow-up with the reporter thing.
ANYWAY, this is really, really good, and thank you for posting it! Are you a published writer? If not, you should consider it. This is great work.

Hi I know you wrote this story some time ago, but I have read it several times now and thought it about time I let you know how awesome it is. I think you capture the characters spot on. I love reading your stories both Thunderbirds and of course Supernatural (the werewolf trilogy better than alot of published authors). They make me laugh and cry in fact all the gamet of emotions that a good story should. I hope you write some more of these stories. Would love to have another Thunderbird one. Take care J

I just finished reading all three in this series and they are truly the best Thunderbird stories I have read that revolves around the boys as brothers. I hope you write something else like this as I really enjoyed them and stayed up til my eyes wouldn't focus anymore. Really good stories, very well written and pleasing in content. Please write more and thanks for sharing!

Superb ending! The scene with Scott and Alan was flippin' gorgeous - full of all that brotherly tenderness that keeps me addicted to your TBs stories - and the epilogue rounded everything off beautifully. Although my new favourite line from this story is now:
"It would kill him not to take that wonderful beast up for a flight, but as much as he loved being a pilot, he was a big brother first."
That's just so wonderfully, snuggably Scott-like, I can't even BEGIN to express how happy it made me.
You rule! And it's great to see this masterpiece finally complete. Does that mean we can expect a new story sometime in the future? Pwetty pwease? :)

Oh wow - it's ver :-( Aww, still though - super cute ending! I love that Scott is supposed to be talking Alan into flying and then get's totally awestruck by his own plane, lol.
LOVED the piece at the end - it was the perfect way to round up the story. I look forward to the next thing you write!

You make me happy, friend. Seriously. I've been having a craptastic week, which at times seems to be morphing into a craptastic life. But I saw you'd finished this story, so I sat down and read it from start to finish, and I *loved* it to pieces. The angst, the emotion, the ups and downs-not to mention the bits of humor scattered throughout-and *this*. This final chapter just wraps it up so well, and I love love LOVE that Alan went with Scott for Scotty's first time driving TB1. Absolutely wonderful. And the bit with the sailing was marvelous as well-makes me wish I was in the tropics rather than in the mountains where it snows in June. ;)
Thank you for such a wonderful story. I've been dying to read good TB fic, and you provided. I'm hoping you'll continue to provide in the future. :) (And I'm confident that you can if you so desire.)

Wonderful chapter showing the boys relationships especially liked the scene where Virgil gave John the picture, you described it so well.

And defeating Alan's fear by taking him in TB1 - that was pure genuis!
