The only pieces of this I know are Dark is Rising, Narnia, Bridge to Terebithia, LotR, and Harry Potter, but honestly, I couldn't care less. This was really well done, and even when I didn't know any of the characters, you conveyed the basics of their background story and nature so well that I understood, if not perfectly, almost perfectly. Your characterization of Will, though, was spot-on. Great writing!

This story is amazing. Seriously, everything connects smoothly and it's so interesting. I love how the interactions between characters easily go from funny to serious. I can't wait to read more. :)
