This is a sweet enough poem, but I left it feeling like nothing was accomplished. Certainly, it is made obvious that Aslan does still love Susan, despite what she may have done. Yet, I found myself wanting more. What did she do to earn this? Could it not have been hinted at some way? You had a great start, but it could've been a little more well-explained. Poetry like this, I'm afraid, is a dime a dozen in this fandom. While the sentiment is sweet, nothing sets it apart from the rest.
The best of luck with your future work. I believe that you have a great deal of potential.

Beautiful. There were a couple things that would've made this poem/fic even more so, but it's beautiful even as it is. My absolutely favorite line was "You think I abandoned you when all the time I am here with you, though you may not see me." How true is that?
So many times it feels like God doesn't care, or that he isn't there, or just doesn't want to listen to us anymore, but that's just us, as humans, succumbing to our disbelief and self-pity. A really good song that illustrates this point is 'Never Alone' by Barlowgirl (Christian artist).
Anyway, good job! I like it. Keep writing.
