Wow, excellent start. I guess someone (anyone really) trained in the hard sciences would be able to come up with some kind of a solution to actually scientifically catalog what magic can do. Magic in canon is more like an art than a science, the wizards just adopted what works, and built on that with time, rather than coming up with a systematic approach to spell casting. I look forward to seeing what you have planned for this next, so please keep up the good work.

Awesome, it looks great so far, I like the concept of Harry using occlumency to fight a goa'uld. Keep up the great work. I wonder if the Hara'kesh and the Kara'kesh will have the relatively short ranges for magic that they have for their other effects?

So far I like it, just stay away from Luna. In fact at the moment (admittedly you haven't written much yet) I can't see any paring working, Harry's just started getting used to a big change in his life and having a new 'person' in it, having another wouldn't work.

Nice idea, even if not completely new.

One of the best Harry gets taken by a Goa’uld, it will make him want more power now that they have blended they can be a mix of each other personalities making them both in the dark grey area. She can stop him from helping people that would abuse his trust and leave them to their fate, while he can curb her lust for power to a point. Also have her find the Horcrux in his scar. Pairing wise make it something like Anise or someone not used so much.

I hope that Harry will continue to change Chloe. And Chloe will help Harry destroy Voldemort and his death eaters. I also like the idea of Harry/Luna. I also hope that Chloe will prod Harry into going to Gringotts to find out if Harry only has the Trust vault to his name. And to get a new key and his old one destroyed. Also with Chloe's genetic memory would she have any info on goblins? And who is Chloe's parents? Chloe is quite the human name?
