AHHHH I keep wishing these Naruto/Pokemon crossovers would be longer, but I'm still happy with this one. You've quite a talent for writing very engaging stories. :) I wish there was an epilogue or something at the end of this chapter - and I wonder how the other guests react when they discover who it is!

Haha, cool! Spooky reminds me of Anko. And I think 'Sharingan' would be a cool name for Madara's Ninetales. :)

A few things, one I really like how not just with this story series but all of them you take the idea of a "what if" and explore the consequences of it before posting the finished work.
Second and this is more chapter specific- did Madera curse Crusher? Ninetales are said to curse someone for a thousand years if that person pulls a tail and Crusher didn't just grab and pull but used the tails to fling Madera. And If he did get cursed for how long- he pulled more than one tail- does tat mean he gets cursed more than once?

when you mentioned the fact that naruto's 12th birthday I wondered why ash and company never age. I mean, even if each of the episodes took one day each in his world's time zone, each season is well over 100 episodes. And there are a LOT of episodes. So, why don'y ash and co. ever age? ...hmm...I wonder...

I really feel sorry for Demon. But i like how you gave the Pokemon POVs and gave them important roles in this story/these stories/the series. That was a nice twist.
