I like the way she blocks everything out in the beginning. It's like she's coming to a decision and once she's made the decision nobody can talk her out of it. I like Eames driven and focused. Good read! - Dix.

Great chapter and it goes extremely well with the image. I can very much imagine her snapping like this and I agree that it's probably Ross who'll die or at least get wounded since they're sitting in his office in the second picture. I can't really imagine they'll actually show something like this in the show but it would be so great to have them get together like this.
The story is kind of screaming for a sequel, so I hope you'll someday find the time to write one but if not it's still a good way to end it like that ;)

I loved it. Somehow I always pictured Bobby as the one to need to get away, to leave but I think there is more impact with Eames having enough of the job. I would love to see USA end the series this way, but I don't think we will be that lucky.

as a one-shot, this is terrific. if there's a sequel as you feel time allows you, i am game! i could see this happening. alex is always the grounded one, the one keeping everything under control, and i could see her finally just having more than she can swallow - and looking to bobby for what she needs to heal her. at first, when i read that line "probably, she will never be eames again," i felt sad. but then i thought maybe that's because from now on she will be alex, and that's great for both of them in the long run.
