i like that this shows into their thoughts a little bit. Good preface. Though it could use a break between her pov and his. That threw me off.

Wow this story is really good. You need more reviews. I love how this is a lot more believable in lily's character if she explored other options than James instead of going from hate and no relationship to only James. Also you write it so she can't have a castaway boyfriend who is discard able once James comes in. Great story. Keep up the good work.

Very well done! Normally Lily/Sirius makes me gag a bit, but in this story I thought it was kinda cute. I feel bad for all these one-sided loves though. Please tell me Marlene gets to be happy? :)

I love this story! It has the common plot of a Lily James story, but you really make it your own with the unique intrigue of your characters. Lily and James, as you write them, are fascinating-especially Lily's intro, which really helps one see into her character. I'm excited to read more!

I LOVE your story! It's great! And James' mixed up feelings for Lily are so sweet! The side of Sirius you showed in this chapter was different from anything else I've read... It was amazing!
One complaint: Throughout this chapter instead of saying Marlene, you said Margaret. Just thinking you might want to change that!

I am not gonna lie, the "Snape was under the Imperius curse" bit seems like a major cop out. Nothing will convince me that he is not an obsessive creeper in canon and this story. But kudos for getting her hair color right as almost no one on this site does!

What Snape did is creepy and unforgivable, as is his obsession with Lily. Does not matter that he "loves" Lily because at heart he a creepy db.
