As sad as this story is, I like it! Its one of the few stories that show a more serious side to Kevin and Brittany's relationship. I actually prefer this story as the ending to this couple than in the college movie for the show. For one thing, Brittany isn't nearly as heartless here than she was in the movie where she lied to Kevin about being with him despite both of them having different paths.

Another thing I like about this story is your portrayal of Kevin. Despite being the 'dumb jock,' you showed that he can be smart and can figure things out, especially when it came to the inevitable break-up with his girlfriend. I felt sorry for him in the college movie because his grades were so poor, and I had a feeling that he would not be the hero quarterback anymore. But you gave him a happy ending (and I'm curious about who he married-maybe one of the Fashion Club members?), so I'm glad!

This story was great! Please write more Daria stories, maybe one on Mack and Jodie!
