Also what if they were to encounter any other of the other green teams of the Marvel U: Hulk and his family foes and also the forces of Hydra who also wear green ?

I'm certainly interested in something like this. Especially if Kitty ends up being completely useless for a while in the books (I have my doubts that her situation will be resolved before the end of the Second Coming arc).

This truly was a great idea for a one shot and a great explaination or a possible explaination as to where Kitty would go next when Second Coming is over. :D
I would actually love to see a series based upon this idea and coming from you it would be an enjoyable one. ;)
