Well, that pretty much killed my interest in this fic.
If you were going to use this as a means of inserting your own original/self-insert character, you could have warned us. Original characters as mcs in fan fiction inevitably spell doom for a fic.
Sorry, that's just my experience.

Actually, Asuna's abilities also counter ki/chi based ones in Negima canon, like Setsuna's Shinmei Ryu attacks (though just the projectile and the ones that strengthen weapons. The high speed attack ones are still usable against her.)

well, isn't this shaping to be madness in awesomesauce form.
There's a small mistake near the end, though. When I saw Rebecca Chambers, I was of course thinking of adorable Becky. Then you described her as tough looking... and then called her Revy. Lil mistake there, or Revy is working under another name?
or Rebecca is going to appear soon?

This seems interesting, so I'll keep an eye on it.
I would like to point out that Asuna's Magic Cancel isn't absolute, and certain spells will affect her, even if not in the intended ways. It is also not always on, and can be activated in varying degrees of power.
Touma's Imagine Breaker on the other hand (if he appears) is absolute, but only on his right hand, other than that he is a regular human. It is also always on.
Or at least that's what I think.
Anyway, sorry for the lesson you probably don't need or might ignore, (I'm being a bit prechy, sorry. It's just I have previously thought of a cross with Negi and To Aru before)

Hm, Touma's been replaced. XD I find it hilarious that the main character of that series is the most hated. Wonder if Negi will get the same treatment? I have no doubt that Yuuichi might not even appear. XD
