Already, by reading this chapter, am I hooked on this story. While we picture Mario as a cheerful and perfect hero, we never before we see him trapped in a dark setting of a zombie apocolypse.I also find it impressive that Mario and Wario put aside their difference to fight a common enemy.
The story grips with emotion from the hunter's death because we realize that zombies are still human, and that they still have feelings of compassion. I'm also amazed with the refrence of Michael Jackson, and that it infers to the disgusting behavior towards the loving pop singer, which lead to the death of this talented man.
Overall, I say this story is solid so far and I cannot wait for more of Mario's exciting adventure to Mercy Hospital.
