Honestly, This sounds pretty bad. Has anything in the story even remotely sugested that Naruto would even be capable of soldering a circuit together much less making things that require specialized facilities to make? Especially before he goes to the academy and has the income of barely enough to live off ramen. Also, why would the villagers attack Naruto? That is never even hinted at in anything. The worst that anyone had done to him was ignore him.
As for the equipment, sniper rifles would be the most ninja thing that you could give him.
Now, if you had Tony do that stuff and teach Naruto throughout his academy years (ha) then it may work. Honestly, Naruto would just drag the story down. Tony should be the main character if there's gonna be lots of technology.

There is no limit to what Naruto learns from Tony, only to what Naruto is willing to use, ie. nukes or things that leave radiation behind.
