AW cute! Trust little Sammy to believe everything his big brother tells him (and trust Dean to use that to his advantage!) I liked seeing John as the fond parent in this fic too:-) I like John, I have to admit and sadly too many people give him a bad rep, so it's refreshing to read a story which portrays him in a good light and shows his boys just being boys:-)

So cute! I love the innocence and freedom they feel on a day like that. Dean was training, but it wasn't really work and the boys could play and surprise their dad. So cool!

I was shown this by a friend and i gotta say i love it having those two as kids is always fun. Never a boring moment and I liked how Dean distracted Sam taht was funny :)

This fic really made me smile! What a heart warming glimpse into a younger Winchester family life.
Inquisitive and smart six year old Sam was adorable and I can really picture him asking impossible questions like this one. And of course he would believe everything his big brother told him at this age, where he pretty much idolizes Dean this really fits with what we know from canon.
I liked your portrayal of John here, tough and full of hunter instincts as he trains Dean but we also got to see the softer, parental side too and I really appreciate that. I can't help but believe there were moments like these in-between all the tough times.
