I hope you let the story take place after the events of all the Kamen Rider series, except for at least Kamen Rider Ozu.
BTW, what the meaning with letting the events take place in anime/manga worlds, if you can't let at least one of the local heroes become a Kamen Rider?
Anyway, it wouldn't surprise me if Winry tried to study the Military Automail technology.

Never minding that, I hope you got plans on what to do in the next chapter.
Just remember that at least the original Kamen Rider Agito did make a comeback to help Tsukasa in the movie finale of the KR Decade series, Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker, so if, and when, you decides to let him appear, make sure that there could be references to the events from that movie.

Could have been interesting if Edward somehow became an alchemist-type Kamen Rider called KR Elric. But, then again, this would need Winry to check out the Machine Decader and the BeatChaser 2000, so she can replicate the technology of both vehicles, to give Edward his very own Rider Machine.
But, either way, I bet you're going to have Tskuasa use the Final FormRide on Yuusuke, turning him into Kuuga Gouram, and maybe also later on, if and when Tsukasa uses his D-Touch to become Decade Complete Form, he might use it to probably summon some sort of great power, that infuses into KR Kuuga, giving him the ability to perform the Rising Ultimate Chou Henshin.
BTW; if you ever get interested, you could bring in series such as Negima (A.I. Love You and Love Hina takes places in this world), Mamoru-kun ni Megumi no Shukufuku wo!, Buso Renkin (Rurouni Kenshin probably takes place in the Meiji Era of this world), Ranma½ (at least InuYasha and Urusei Yatsura take place in this world, as well), Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, Tenchi Muyo!, Dual! Parallel Dimension Adventure, Oh My Goddess!/Ah! Megami-Sama, Rune Soldier, the magical world in Those Who Hunts Elves, Zero no Tsukaima/The Familiar of Zero, and Shakugan no Shana (this anime could maybe have taken place in the home world of Saito Hiraga from ZnT).
Also, please remember this; If, and when, you plan to feature Ryotaro Nogami, as KR Den-O, then just remember that the World of Den-O in Decade is also the world of the original Kiva from the series Kamen Rider Kiva.

And, maybe Kuuga and Decade could be able to use alchemy.
I mean, Decade was able to use Mojikara, when he teamed up with Shinkenger.
