My only complaint is all of the author's notes inserted in the story. Please remove them because they are rather distracting.
Aside from that, this is well written. I am familiar with Kirby slightly but not the other thing this story crosses over with. Still, I enjoyed the story. Well done.

Yeah, the 'evil' bosses did waste potential... well, except for the Matters and Zero. They were too evil, apparently.

Myon is usually the nickname given to her phanton half, but I know that some people call Youmu Myon as well.
Anyway, this story is a pretty fun one! Good job! Such a shame that it had to be a one shot though ... It would've been fun to see Kirby interacting with some of the other girls as well, but since this is your story, I can't argue any further than that.
BTW, the link that you've posted here isn't showing properly since this site doesn't show links properly, but I assume that it is from Danbooru, right?
