finally! i was afraid this chapter was going to be another authors note so i was trying not to get my hopes up. the genderbend was a little unexpected (and maybe should be put in the summary? some people don't like them) though not all together unpleasant.
hm... vivi is in the authors note, so it's not her, and it's not a woman because you said "he". manga and anime... so it's not puzzle, since he's an anime only character. not marco, because he doesn't really know luffy. law is doubtful but possible. doubtful that it's lucci since he's not on luffys side unless you want him to have a change of heart after his defeat, plus he's really only important during the water 7/enies lobby arc... shanks maybe? mihawk? koby?... sabo? if you believe he's alive (some people believe he's alive since the anime/manga only hinted at him dying and never actually showed his death), anyways... i honestly have no idea who it is but i wouldn't mind if it's any of the characters i mentioned here. my preferences of the characters mentioned here would be puzzle, marco, shanks... lucci, mihawk... okay, nevermind. i don't have a preference 'cause i like them all.

Hm, intresting :) I would like it more, though, if you tried to make the text more clear, for example by separating the character's lines in the dialogues. Your writing style is also a bit chaotic, if you don't mind me saying that. At least that's my impression. The plot is promising, though, and it can blossom to become a very engaging, eventful story. I hope it will and I wish you best :)
I would also go for C - it can be pretty amusing for Luffy in the role of dude in distress, as it's usual him being the savior and fighting to protect his precious friends. And as in the fanfic everything is possible, I think he deserves a small break, even if only from physical work ;P

I just about had a heart attack when I saw the alert in my mailbox of a new chapter for this story. When I first realized it wasn't an update, I got frustrated because the same thing just happened with The Forgotten Time by Metamorcy, but then I saw the reason for the post and the fact that you said you would update this weekend and cooled down. I'll sign the petition and post it at the beginning of my next update or something, but I think the reason fanfiction is getting so strict with the m rated stuff is because the m rated stories are suppose to go on their sister site adult fanfiction.
