I love the not-quite-Sam! It's obvious that Lucy's in there because he read her mind about Cas which leaves you wondering how much of Sam is there, if any.
Loved the scene with Dean. The way they had their wires crossed about what was happening between Dean and Tracy. Also the fact Dean didn't clarify that he and Tracy hadn't had sex.
The whole Cas/Tracy interaction is awesome. I feel just as frustrated as she does and I want to scream at him. It's noticeable that from the first chapter he has done a backwards slide into "the old days" of being an angel. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. It is difficult watching him berate himself so much. That just shows how well written it is.

Cool chapter. Interesting to see future Cas so awkward and out of his element with a girl. I also liked seeing Dean and Cas as friends in this chapter. Can't wait for the next update. :)

Very intrigued by what you've got so far. Love how you portray Tracy's innocence. It's a perfect compliment to Castiel's naughtiness. I look forward to reading more. Something tells me there's more to Tracy than just looking young. Update soon please. :)
