for Nine Lives

This story made me cry. The way you wrote it and the emotions involved was just breath taking. I am sorry but I won't be reading the alternative ending. At this stage I ont think I can handle it and I am now off to read a fluffy NCIS fic that centers around tony to make me feel better. :)

Can't remember if I already reviewed this story, but it doesn't matter because something this good can never get too much praise. Wonderful, impossible to put away and incredibly heart-breaking, especially this last chapter. It actually made me cry.

Intense story. Really liked it. Did not read the ending where Tony dies. I don't like stories where Tony dies. Are you going to do a sequel?

I just reread this story and it was equally as moving the second time around. Great job. Keep writing. With writing like this, if not already, you'll get published one day!

I just reread this story for the second time, and if I didn't review the first time, I'll make up for it now. This is truly a solidly-written story that's simply heart-wrenching from the start. I think it's really true to the characters without being overdone. I was equally as moved the second time I read it as the first. I prefer the ending where Tony survives, but the alternate ending was good enough to move me to tears - hard to read but so real and heartbreaking. Good job.

That was an awesome story. I'm only sorry that I hadn't heard of it until now, though in the same breath, it's a good thing I didn't have to wait for updates when you first put this story out there. An awesome read. Thank you!

Haha, nice ending! :D
This story was SO mind blowing! Utterly fantastic! It was so heartbreaking and intense at some point that I felt my heart actually stop for a moment!
Amazing writing!

I read this story last year, late, late at night, and I have to say, it's one of the best fanfictions I've ever read in any fandom.
I looked through the reviews to try to find my own, but was disappointed when I realized I never wrote one. I tell you, this story changed my week in a way I didn't know was possible. Every second of it felt as if it was dragged out into minutes, and for hours - or at least what seemed like hours - I lost track of my true surroundings, under the covers in bed in the dark, and felt as though I was there, scattered rubble before me, watching the characters. Everybody was characterized perfectly, a rare thing in NCIS fanfiction, and there were a few moments where I genuinely forgot it wasn't an actual episode unfolding before me.
I was very sad as I approached the final chapter, not only because things were looking grim for Tony, but also because I knew it would be over soon.
And, pardon my french, but it's necessary: Don't even f***ing get me started on the stunning descriptions, excellent plot, etc. because I will go on and on about it for hours.
Sorry to cut this review so much shorter than what it needs to be, but I haven't read this story in over a year, so if you'll excuse me, I have a bit of reading to do.

This is one of the BEST stories I've read! I love it! I also really liked the alternate ending you have for this, the 'Melius Cras Fore' story. You are a talented writer, keep it up!

I don't remember seeing the final chapter of this story or the alternative ending, so I'm really glad that I found them now. This was a really good story! Thanks so much for writing it.

This story has become weirdly prophetic.

I absolutely loved this. The story started strong and stayed that way all through the end. It was a powerful story packed with vivid description that helped visualise the situation and had me going non-stop.

The characterisation were nicely done; very realistic while keeping it close to their own personalities.

This is a really brillant piece of work and I thank you for writing it.

So I don't really have the time to do the kind of review this chapter deserves, but I have to have it marked down somewhere so I can come back to it...
