Here's an idea for the chapter when Bowser and Eggman "Kill" Mario and Sonic.
Peach gets hypnotized by Maleficent (from Sleeping beauty)
Mario tells her not to follow the light, but she follows it any way
The spinning wheel appears in front of Peach, who says, "Mario, they're going to kill you. I have to do this to teach them a lesson."
Mario shouts, "No, Peach! This isn't the way to teach Bowser and Eggman a lesson! Don't prick your finger!"
Sonic shouts, "Seriously Peach, don't do it!"
The other heroes yell, "Peach, no! Do not prick your finger!"
Bowser and Eggman look confused
Junior stands by Bowser and looks confused too
Maleficent calls to Peach, "Touch the spindle. Touch it, I say!"
Peach pricks her finger and collapses (Liike Aurora in Sleeping beauty)
The heroes shout in agony, "Peach, NO!"
Maleficent laughs, "You thought you could stop her from pricking her finger?! Well, too late!" then she disappears
The heroes moarn
Mario tells Bower, Junior, and Eggman that he and Sonic were created for a reason. Without Bowser and Eggman, Mario and Sonic won't have a purpose of being heroes at all. And without Mario and Sonic, Amy would add, They're own lives will become meaningless!
Bowser tells Eggman to let them go
Eggman does and Mario runs to Peach's unmoving body
Mario whispers in Peach's ear, "I'm fine Peach. They let us go." then he's about to kiss her, when Maleficent shows up again and captures Mario, since he can break her curse
Everyone sets off to free him from the sorceress, it comes successful and they battle Maleficent, who turns into a dragon.
They win, and Mario breaks the spell
Peach wakes up and stands up
Everyone embrasses Peach, overjoyed that she's awake.
Bowser and Eggman apologize to the heroes.
Sorry, that's all I have for the next chapter.

I think Luigi should've Lit the way with the green blasts he had in super smash bros. brawl. I no that Luigi was supposed to be a bit scaredy, but I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE it being exaggerated to where he doesn't fight bowser and is afraid of the dark. I'm SICK of it! Show him som RESPECT!

Peach announcing that she's due for a curse put on her by Maleficent, from Sleeping beauty(Yes this is out of nowhere) and Bowser tries to apologize for trying to kill Mario. Eggman stares at the princess as she pricks her finger on the spindle of the spinning wheel and dies. She sacrifices herself to teach them a lesson for this.
