A pity you're giving up on this, this is arguably one of the better yugioh crossovers I've read, especially the way the duel is organized. Most writers tend to fowl up how a duel should be written, one has to admit it's a rare style of writing to get right.
Anywho I'll get straight to the point, while I would like to adopt this I can't (too much on my plate already), what I would like to do is perhaps provide you with a basic plot outline for this story. Just reading this first chapter has already given me some ideas on where this story could go, though it might require some everso slight alterations to your first chapter.
If you are interested keeping your story rather than giving it up for adoption please PM me. As I said this is a well writen story and I'd like to see it continue by its original creator.

Really man. Your dropping out this early. Atleast give us what happens after the duel. There doesn't need to be dark duelist or anything.
At the very least I'd like to see Saito giving Louise some practical lessons in how to play the game. You got a duel disk and a deck thanks to Swarm.

I would actually liked it a bit more, if Saito's Doom Duel Disk simply had been his newly fixed Duel Disk, which had been modified by Dark Magician's magic, when he used his powers to summon it for Saito.
Anyway, I wonder if Saito will still have use of Derflinger later on.
Also, I wonder what it would've been like, if maybe Saito had been a Sentai-like warrior, who's been practicing GekiJyuKen, as well as being able to use Mojikara, both regular and electronic, and maybe being infused with spiritual energy of the three Samurai Engines, before he was sent to Louise's world.
I mean a Zero no Tsukaima story, that combines elements from Jyuken Sentai Gekiranger, Engine Sentai Go-onger, and Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, and has Saito being able to create a Super Sentai-themed warrior suit.
Saito could have met up with Genta, who taught him how to use Electronic Mojikara, with Saito having both his laptop, and a cellphone modified and upgrade, to produce Electronic Mojikara, and later on learn to use the regular kind from Takeru, while Saito could have been a student at SCRTC, and Saito's being able to use the Samurai Engines as partners, while his Sentai suit could be based on, at least some of, the attires of Shinkenger, Go-onger, and Gekiranger.
He could also use Derflinger as a Shinkenmaru-like weapon.
Anyway, I hope you, with help from Ten-Faced Paladin can make the next chapter just as good as this one was.

Okay, now this is interesting. Wow. That's all I can say is Wow! If you want, you could add synchro and tuner monsters in too for Saito's deck. Just a suggestiion. Anyways, nice chapter! I look forward to reading more.

its good like all of your other stories man. can i suggestion for a deck? can you have a villain with an evil hero deck or even destiny hero if you don't want that. it would be a good foil to his normalcy beatdown deck seeing as most if not all desitny/evil hero has an effect (except the fusion material that is)
