Any possibility of a happy ending? Your writing is very insightful and true to the characters, so that's great, but James' life after the Island is, most likely, so unhappy-that I don't know whether I want to think about it. The back and forth is interesting, too and excellent that you have funny bits to offset the sad.
Maybe they could get a "do over"?

wow, that's really good. I love angsty fics, especially about Suliet and Sawyer and Miles' friendship (if one can call it that way). I teared up a bit at the end. love it! will you be writing more stuff like that?

Your story is so beautiful and heartbreaking. I like Juliet parts. You gave me what to think about. Especially this credo.
And ofcourse I love James part. You expressed his pain so great. All his drunk dreams and thoughts about payment from Island fortheir sufferings and Miles being with him and many other things. I can quote the whole story.

Awesome chapter! Loved the anylayzation of all Juliet's realonships. " It's poetic justice that a relationship that started with a shock to his heart should end with it broken beyond repair.
